PDA32: reading the three key dimensions

The PDA32 technical sheet lists three dimensions: a 32 mm shank length, 3.7 mm shank diameter and an 8 mm plastic cap diameter. Treat each measurement as a separate field when comparing the pin with your specification.

Add the fixture and base material
The product photograph also shows an angled bracket. If your enquiry includes a bracket or another fixture, send its drawing and thickness separately from the pin dimensions. Include the base material and the tool reference so the sales discussion covers the complete connection.
A 32 mm shank length identifies the product dimension; it does not by itself specify an installation depth or a fixing capacity. Discuss the application requirements alongside the product detail.
Prepare the order specification
Write PDA32 as the model and list 32 mm, 3.7 mm and 8 mm against their measurement names. Add the required quantity in pieces or boxes, the pieces per box, carton requirements and destination.
If your drawing calls for a different cap, bracket or shank dimension, include that change explicitly in the request so it can be discussed as a separate specification.
