M1/4 threaded pins: five shank lengths
Compare the five M1/4 model references, their 22–52 mm shank lengths and the dimensions they share.
The M1/4 range combines a threaded section with a drive-pin shank. Its technical sheet lists five model references. All five share a 20 mm thread length, 3.7 mm shank diameter and an 8 mm plastic cap diameter; the shank length changes between models.

Keep thread and shank dimensions separate
The 20 mm thread length and the selected shank length describe different parts of the pin. In a quotation request, write both fields rather than combining them into one overall length.
Use M1/4 as the range designation and include the full model reference for the shank length you want. If the mating part requires a particular thread standard or pitch, send that requirement or the connection drawing with the enquiry.
Describe the connection
Include the fixture or mating part, base material and tool reference. Where you have a drawing, identify the revision and any requirements for the cap, finish or packing.
For orders that include more than one length, list a quantity against each full model reference. Add the pieces per box, carton arrangement and delivery destination so the sales team can discuss the complete order.
